It's about taxpayer funding for embryonic stem cell research, each state can fund it's own research.
That suits me, but they need to quit lying about it. The chance of stem cells being a cure for anything are slim to nil.
We have no way to control cell growth, notice sixty years of trying to control cancer cells. Why would anyone think they could turn stem cells on and off at will?
