Not at all what Casey said. He gave a progress report. Basically we have WON in Iraq and what is going on now is mopping up Both the US and the Iraqis want the Iraqis running their own country. Gen Casey told the Junk Media where we are at in the program. Here is a pretty good link on the details of what is actually going on in Iraq.
