Hunter asked Rumsfeld on Friday to disembed CNNs reporters as punishment for airing pointless jihadi snuff. Blitzer had him on today to talk things over. A meeting of the minds was not in the cards. I had to cut a lot, including Blitzers repeated assertions that CNN didnt show the moment where the bullet went in, as though lead piercing skin and not the networks intent in running the segment was the objectionable element here. In any case, they did show the soldier wounded (dying?) and slumped forward. See for yourself.
Update: Michael Ware, the CNN correspondent who took the video from the jihadis, has a history. Kesher Talk remembers.

I don't suppose you caught their one-hour anti-GOP special last night? In their eyes Dan Rostenkoski is a good guy (they barely touched on his legal problems that drove him out of congress)... and the GOP is power hungry and crooked as the day is long... even seemed to blame the GOP for the increase in lobbiest in DC... didn't even bring in Dirty Harry or Jane Harmon but harped on Tom Delay...

Why are all of our potential Republican candidates, either "moderates" or ineffective leaders?

Isn't it amazing. It was like he read your post. He is running for President (of course you know that by now).
No I didn't see that he decided to run. Thanks for the tip.
I bet whomever the nominee will unheard of today...even some of the lesser known like Romney or Allen.
He would be the FR frontrunner in a nanosecond.
