I assume this is the cost of overtime to thoroughly clean and disinfect dozens of railcars smeared with this insect's excrement.

It probably requires more thorough cleaning than normal, using different cleansers and cleaning tools - perhaps even necessitating an outside contractor and medical testing.

It was meant to be tongue in cheek.

That said, the equivalent of $100,000.00 still seems like a lot of money to hose down some rail cars and spray them with Lysol.
