Don't confuse temporary fall caused by economy reforms with long term trends.
Not the temporary fall, but the fact that Russia isn't having enough children to counter the pressure of the Muslim world. At the current rate, each generation will be less than half the size of the previous one. That's a scary position for a country to be in.
