Obama is the new Democrat token having replaced Harold Ford. Nothing more nothing less. I guess the Dems came to the conclusion that the Ford family baggage would be too much for Jr to overcome or they were bothered by a certain nastiness that came out last week in a confrontation with Corker.

In any event, Obama will eventually be kicked to the curb by the Democrats like so many other African-Americans before him.

I certainly hope he does not have any expectation that he will actually be able to be in charge of anything or that his opinion really matters. If that is the case the Dems will find his replacement sooner rather than later.

Man, ain't that the truth. The Plantation Party wants blacks as voters, useful idiots, and tokens, but not as actual power brokers.
