Nobody gives a flying fig what Kennedy proposed to Andropov 20 years ago. Kennedy could drown a woman as if she were a two-headed kitten, and nobody would hold him accountable in any practical sense of the word.

The news is not surprising that Sens. Kennedy and his fellow Senator/skirt-chaser Tunney were in communication with the Andropov regime to mount a PR campaign countering Reagan's aggressive foreign policy by boosting the USSR. Yeah, yeah...Ted Kennedy hates America. So what else is new? The MSM doesn't care: they love the Democrat party. This traitorous behavior will be ignored by the networks and newspapers.
