Probably nobody has been indicted and prosecuted for breaking the voting eligibility laws, but instead Tan Nguyen a republican running for Congress is being investigated for voter intimidation for simply sending out letters, exercising his right to free speech just stating the law !!

Sens. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., and Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., wrote U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales on Friday seeking a full report from the Department of Justice dept.

"This shameful and dishonest scheme to discourage Latino citizens from voting is a blatant violation of the Voting Rights Act, and all those involved should be held accountable as soon as possible," Kennedy said

Perhaps they think Tan Nguyen is an Oriental WASP.
