If Dornan hadn't got bit by the presidential bug and had taken care of 'business' he probably would not have lost !
I was sorry to see him go, but his own delusions did him in ! Before any Congressthing or former congressthing gets the notion to run for president he should ask a basic question,'Can I win a statewide office?' (Preferably in his home state !) If the answer is 'No' or 'Dont know', then the presidential ambitions are delusional until he/she gets a 'Yes' to that question !

Sure....good point...I thought the same of Pat Buchanan....he would have learned some discipline by actually serving in an elected office.

I have heard Dornan wax on this topic and he says that the investigation was scuttled just as he was about to win. I am willing to believe that as well.
