Will the Church now stop offering perscription drug coverage or will it stick by it's principles and ignore the Court?
Why wouldn't this go the next step up?
Good question. The Church currently ignores the laws concerning criminal aliens, facilitates their entry, illegally provides "sanctuary" and has no qualms admitting it. Be interesting if it will stick to its principles on this.
It should do neither.
It should appeal to the Supreme Court.
If that doesn't work, the Pope should sned Bush a clearly worded message: "If your government forces my church to subsidize murder in all its operations, every Catholic school and every Catholic hospital and chaarity will be shut down immediately. And the Federal, State and Local governments can bear the consequences."
Besides all of New York's judges are going to Hell anyway, right? Certainly not a bunch to respect.
