I can't find any info on Capito and she's not listed on rcp as one of the top 50 house seats in play. Would appreciate your thoughts on why you think she will lose.

Lot people are upset with her because she waited too long to give back Jack Abramoff money that and u can never tell how the idiots in the northern part of state are going to do I could be 100% wrong but that's just my view
