It will be characterized as a hate crime and CAIR will demand that the judge be removed.

"if you want a country which has Sharia law or a theocratic state, then Australia is not for you,"

Such a simple statement and so obviously appropriate yet many other leaders in the west have such a difficult time with logic and telling it like it is.

The cowards we have as leaders in the west will be the death of us all.

How about removing the veil just to establish who she was?
That's what jumps out at me . . . who is this masked man, anyway??? And what would the judge say if I tried to show up in court with a mask on???

“I feel that the court is there for justice for us. I didn’t feel like the court recognized me as a person that needed justice. I just feel I can’t trust the court.” ...

Well DUH!

That's just it, you nut-job.

The courts have to identify or SEE you before they can 'recognize' you.

No recognition equals no legal standing.

No legal standing equals no judgment for you.

Stop trying to use your 'religion' as a crutch to try to skirt our established laws.

Assimilate or LEAVE!

She has it so rough.

Plead your case to a judge in Mecca, lady, in the shadow of the Ka'aba. Oh, by the way, you might want to keep in mind that according to Islam your word is only worth half that of a man's.

Not by the judge. This is a good sign.

It kills me to see black Americans - who have such a vibrant culture here in the U.S. - fall for this fake religion. Every time I see some former Christian woman dressed in that hideous, hateful schmatta, I feel like screaming.

If she can drive a car, she can take off the veil.

"I didn’t feel like the court recognized me as a person..."

Tough to be an individual (be recognized as a person) in a culture that forces all women to wear potato sacks over their heads so that none appears stands out from the others lest she should incite...attraction (the horror!).

"*many muslims* are liars, then."

Actually it doesn't have anything to do with their religion. There's nothing in the Koran that talks about covering up women that way. It's more of a cultural thing although they seem to depend on our ignorance to make the religious claim.

She was also a black Muslim convert

Actually she was a white woman, married to a Black Muslim thug.

We have a number of lost souls such as her here in Florida. I can't imagine what would cause anybody of any color to marry these guys, but Florida now has a number of mostly white country girls flapping around in their full burkas behind the Black Muslim prison hubbies they managed to find somewhere.

I followed that case for awhile, and IIRC she was originally from Illinois. She had a police record in Illinois under her birth name, and now was going by her assumed muslim name, Fatima (or some such nonsense).

If memory serves, she let the case drop due to unwanted publicity that brought her past police record into the news. She was sorry she tried to get away with her "15 minutes" her in FL.

Actually, the person showing up for court could be anyone, if they are allowed to wear the veil. Could be the sister, the brother, could be carrying weapons, could be anybody.

That's why I'm against the driver's license photos wearing the veil. How are you going to know who the driver is? It could be anyone...could be a male, even.

Well, it sounds like she may have had other reasons for wanting her face covered (I hope her police record wasn't for bank robbery!).

I just got back from Spain, where I have a friend who hired a Moroccan woman to look after a country place the family has. After a few months, the woman suddenly started showing up in a full veil and also refused to feed the dogs that live on the place. She told my friend that she had recently married and her husband (an "imam" from Morocco) wanted her to wear the veil, and also not to feed the dogs because they were "unclean." These people are nuts.

By the way, what were you, a devout Muslim woman, doing driving a car??!! Naughty, naughty.

For that matter, where was her keeper and what was she doing trying to testify in a court of law? Women's testimony is generally regarded as worthless in the ME.
