There is no doubt that this officer is a hero. But he unfortunality acted like a cowboy that night. It came out in the bond hearing that the officer was never drug like the news said. The officer that witnessed what happened said her partner ran along side Mr. Cummings Truck and junped on the running rails on his truck and leaned in the widow and started struggling with Mr. Cummings. When the truck jerked in one direction the officer went the other falling to his death never being drug! This guy went against police proceedures and is now dead by his own doings. He should have followed his training! He would be alive today! They already had Mr. Cummings drivers license in hand! They knew he couldn't go far!!!!
