Another difficult question for me is the exercise of rights in time of war.

The most difficult question for me is when does the War on Terror end? It's like the war on poverty, or war on drugs, it's around as long as the politicians pursue it, so when will you get back the rights you surrender?

Absogoldarnlutely!

Either every legislative restriction of commonly expected rights, say habeas corpus, needs to have a sunset, OR we need to define victory, probably in the legislative branch. None of these is satisfactory, but I'm not sure where else to take it.
