He'd certainly use the criteria of faith, honesty, wisdom and truth; most of all truth. In other words He wouldn't vote, because there are no politicians out there who possess these qualities. Politics is a corrupt game whose actors are far more concerned with 'perception' than with reality and truth. They will all deceive, to one degree or another, to obtain or retain power.
