Cizik's comments made me think he either was ignorant of the Republican Party or that he was a democrat.

There is no way that the Republican Party's blind spot is race. It is the Republican Party that has advanced civil rights since the election of Abraham Lincoln.

The dems have promoted: slavery, jim crow, literacy tests, separate but equal, george wallace, kkk, welfare, and tokenism.

The Republicans have the most minorities in the most significant positions in the history of this nation.

Antony Flew, the atheist philosopher-turned-theist said that had he lived,
his Methodist minister father would have made a big row about the
Communist take-over of the World Council of Churches.

I wouldn't be suprised if our domestic National Council of Churches
is similarly afflicted.
