Chief Justice Barbara Pariente and Justices Peggy Quince and R. Fred Lewis of the Florida Supreme Court are on the ballot for retention this November. They are the only Supreme Court Justices on the ballot. Vote NO! on ALL of them!
They will be the first ones in history not to be retained and nobody ever deserved it more after the debacle of the 2000 elections (they tried to say different counties could count their votes differently from each other, remember?), their disallowing the anti-affirmative action amendment to go on the ballot for spurious reasons and having just declared Governor Bush's Opportunity Scholarship program unconstitutional.
