Does anybody seriously think he'll come back to the U.S.? He knows of he does he's screwed.
It's going to be hard to only make movies in countries that don't have extradition treaties with the US. Not to mention that Uncle Sam can always place tax liens on his earnings from Hollywood productions. I think his best bet is to come home and pay up.

He should recruit a rebel militia and take over Namibia. Of course, then Uncle Sam might up the ante and send the 82nd Airborne after him.
