The word is "divestitute," or "divestment," not "disinvestment" (although some dictionaries will include the word disinvestment, it's earliest known usage was in the 1930s, and clearly in error.)
Lousy time for a typo: Divestiture. Something about Kennedy must've made "divestitute" come out!
