However. it is known Kerry took advantage of Carter's blanket pardon for draft dodgers, war protesters and deserters."
This part really stinks re Kerry's behavior after and maybe during his short tour of Nam and his late discharge. His refusal to turn his records over to full disclosure stink of illegal stuff.
