I have not gut and my cloths that I wore 40 years ago as a teenager still fit.

I wouldn't call 23.9 BMI the edge of overweight. That's pretty much what I shot for, and I had to drop 100 pounds to get there. My BMI now is in that range, and I'm pretty thin.
