If this is true, then the leaker should go to prison for a very long time. It is aginst federal law to leak classified information of any type. Only the orignator of the classified informattion may DE-classify it [ie the President...]
So my question is WHY is this staffer NOT in jail. Did the President Bush make a statement at the beginging of his adnimstration that any & all leakers were going to dealt with the same way, with beinging hit with the fullest extent & weight of the law?

Perhaps this leak is why there has been a rise in numbers of dead...not just Americans, but Iraqis...and not just good people, but people who wouldn't have confidence to fight without hearing such a leak.
It's not hard for the thinking public to see. People are being killed because the media encourages criminals to think that they will win through lawless terror.
And why do the Western lawless want tradition and values to fail? So that they can get high and laid and abort the children that inconvenience them.

I don't know if this will make headline news, but I bet it will get more coverage than the story that Jane Harman, the CA congress woman that he staffed for, is being investigated in connection to the Israeli spy case. Apparently she was leaking information, as well, but not to the NYT.
Should have been done a long time ago. I remember a time when Classified Information was not "Leaked" to uncleared press sources for publication. The leaker should now be charged and prosecuted.
