I've never tried fried pickles. That sounds GOOD.
At my Festival, we have picklesicles - pickle brine in little cups, frozen. Man oh MAN, that rocks.
I didn't try it, but I heard from a couple of people who did that it pretty much tastes like Dunkin Donuts cake donuts.
There are several places around here (Tennessee) that serve fried pickles. I'm not that big of a fan, but i know several who are.
And we really wonder why Americans are turning into big fat slobs?!
Fried pickles are GOOD. I had one at a county fair in Wisconsin a couple years ago.
Some of us don't wonder.
Fried pickles are one of the only reasons I've not killed myself. They are a gift from God.
I lived in the South for a while. I swear to God, you people would eat poison if somebody deep fried it for you.
I like to put dill pickles on pizza.
In any case my white trash quotient has gone sky high since I've added them to my diet.
Do you dip you pizza in ranch dressing?
Gonzales deep-fries Coca-Cola-flavored batter. He then drizzles Coke fountain syrup on it. The fried Coke is topped with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar and a cherry. Gonzales said the fried Coke came about just from thinking aloud.Gonzales' diet-buster wins the creativity honor at the second-annual Big Tex Choice Awards Contest...
Gonzales achieved notoriety in 2005 with the fried peanut butter, banana, and jelly sandwich -- selling an estimated 25,000 of the treats, according to the fair's Web site. The site said London got media attention in 2004 with her fried marshmallows on-a-stick.
I've heard of the Deep Fried Coke. Here in Queens, NY we had one place that served deep fried twinkies, oreos and Mars Bars but it quickly went out of business. Its a shame because I never got to try any.
Communist.
Time to buy more stock in pharma working on therapy for diabetes, obesity and
other diseases of The West!
Yum!! That sounds GOOD!
Fried pickles are VERY good. :)
I was introduced to fried pickles at the Malibu Inn in Malibu, CA. Pretty delicious... and disgusting at the same time. But after a while, my brother and I were just peeling the breading off and eating the pickles themselves.
Pickle sicles actually sound interesting, and would be a great thing at some of the summertime endurance sporting events I've attended.
