Voice: Unemployment would get you by until you could find another job, right?

Citizen looks relieved

Voice: But not if you worked for Sharrod Brown, he didn't pay his unemployment taxes for 12 years. You'd be out of luck!

Citizen looks shocked, worried, afraid
