Not in Omaha. I have been in the South side of Chicago at 2AM on a Saturday morning and felt safe. North Omaha is worse. Better than they used to be, but still bad.

Now if this was in my home town (little place about 50 miles north of Omaha) it wouldn't surprise me that much. Unless there is a meth bust, it is pretty quiet.
