What law is broken to state facts about who can and who cannot vote?

I am not even talking about this letter cause it appears to be a method of 'FREE' advertising for one campaign and against another. While liberals premeditated in outing Foley for the sole purpose of suppressing the vote, this letter appears to fit their standard operating procedures.

The letter mixed facts with some false statements, allegedly in an effort to intimidate voters. i'm not sure exactly which laws were broken. Had they not included falsehoods, I don't think there would have been a problem.
