I'm just thrilled to hear there is a possibility the Jerry Brown could be thwarted. He has always been a disaster to California. E.g. Voted against victims's rights and for prisoner's rights -- giving prisoners rights that can't posted here. Defended serial killers & cop killers.
I wasn't. Sounds like a good move to me. Arnold would just as likely have appointed someone more liberal than Brown. If this is held up, then we get Poochigian. Everyone wins.
