A little reader takes a closer look as Mrs. Laura Bush reads the children's book, "I Love you, Little One," by Nancy Tafuri during a visit to the Jenna Welch and Laura Bush Community Library in El Paso, Texas, Wednesday, Oct . 18, 2006. Since the library opened in 2003, the number of programs and attendance has tripled. Through the past year, the Library hosted 349 programs for more than 10,000 participants.
