The reason it hasn't happened is that no fence would buy one of those things. Ransom, perhaps. But that assumes somebody wants him enough to part with actual money.
Oops! My mistake. They could use taxpayer money. Better brace for a rash of kidnappings. Or car jackings. Or just plain muggings. Life is H*ll in the BIG Sh*ty.
Well, if they kidnapped him, some people might be willing to pay money NOT to bring him back!!!!
