Rush was spot-on with his analysis of the GOP pre-mortem, and on the 'cutting-off-your-nose-to-spite-your-own-face' crowd when it comes to pure conservatism driving their potential sit-out of the November vote.
In the same breath though (and maybe with a bit of hypocrisy), I don't think I could bring myself to pull the lever for McCain if push came to shove. I can just hope that he's not the candidate in '08.
Then we will just have to do our best to make sure our party is not stupid enough to nominate McCain. :-)
