I was a "disaffected Democrat" who now votes primarily Republican. The Democrats LEFT their mainstream supporters many years ago and that fact needs to be hammered home.

Just about everyone at Free Republic is a Reagan conservative. I'm upset with some of the actions of the GOP. But hardly enough to turn control over to a bunch of cut and run socialists. And that's most likely the sentiment of folks here. So I'm not inspired to vote for the GOP, so much as I am scared to death of what Nacy Pelosi, Hillary and Bill have in store fore us.
