Like a MiG-29 you could probably buy one; you just couldn't bring it into the USA. Didn't the CEO of Oracle try to buy a Fulcrum and the BATF shut it down because it could be used as a weapon. Larry Ellison was able to fly his MiG-29 in the US after it was demilitarized. I wonder if the hard points could be modified so only fuel tanks could be hung on them but not munitions?
