I wonder if the 747 BBJ could be configured as a Combi? I'm sure there are some rich Saudi princes who would love to be able to take their horses with them.

I really need a 747-8. I'd like one with the air to air refueling boom similar to the 747-100's sold to the Iranian Air Force. That way, I could fly in my private MiG-29 on long trips.
To: Paleo Conservative
You can have the air to air refueling, wonder if I could get a JETEYE so all those jealous terrorists wouldn't shoot me down? :-)

Do you know where I could buy one?

Heck, then just sign me up for a Raptor. I'll negotiate the interior later.

How about a carbon fiber Mach .95 replacement for the B737.

Like a MiG-29 you could probably buy one; you just couldn't bring it into the USA. Didn't the CEO of Oracle try to buy a Fulcrum and the BATF shut it down because it could be used as a weapon. Larry Ellison was able to fly his MiG-29 in the US after it was demilitarized. I wonder if the hard points could be modified so only fuel tanks could be hung on them but not munitions?

PC, I read in the WSJ this past weekend that Eurobus had to manufacture 250 A-380s to break even. This was before all the wiring problems and delays. It looks like 400 A380s to break even now (just a guess). And the Brits recently sold all their shares to the EU entity, EADS.
