I agree with visualops.
I took streetpreachers comment in a good natured way too. No harm was meant.

There are some who speak up in public being rude and inpatient and then others as you did Howlin when it is needed and everyone is glad someone did.

When my daddy ran a grocery store, my sister and I were "required" to appear there after school every day to work. If we had talked on the phone while we were waiting on a customer, I doubt I'd be here today. :-)
