It really helps to collect those 1099s and pay your taxes on time. Also, don't believe that the only income you can be taxed on is income earned outside of the US.

Snipes, 44, was also charged with six counts of failing to file income tax returns. I wonder what the Infernal Raping Society would do if 200 million of us decided not to file.

$12 million is no big deal for Snipes. Do one more crappy movie and Uncle Sam gets paid.

I think that he is in a world of trouble.
Not filing when you have no income to report is quite different from claiming 12 million in unlawful exemptions.

This guy set out to deliberately defraud the government. Nothing innocent about what he did.
Pay the back-taxes, Mr. Snipes.

Can't he just file an ammended Senate Ethics Form? Reid did.

Snipes may be Mr. tough guy in the movies, but this aint' the movies, Holmes. The IRS is NOT the Federal agency you want to mess with. By the time they assess late filing fees, fines, penalty, and interest, he's gonna wish he had a vampire to slay instead.
Then there's that little matter of defrauding the IRS out of false refunds. He's gonna be making movies and not seeing much at all of the paycheck for a long time, and that's if his suits can keep him out of the hoosegow ...
