I first say that I am not interested. If they persist, I happily hang up. It was much more satisfying in the old days when I could literally slam down the receiver...lol.

Yesterday got a call. In the first sentence "baron hill" was mentioned. Informed the caller I wouldn't vote for him if they paid me. She got in "Thank you" before I hung up........Guess it was one of "our calls".
Had a friend who always told the telemarketers "Yes, I AM interested, I was just diagnosed with terminal cancer this morning"......
They promptly hung up.
