have you ever tried dumplings with suet IMHO they are much more light and fluffy..
Indeed they are, and yes I do have an old recipe with suet, but I am swayed by the health concerns.. However, now I've got to dig that baby out and take a look at it again, after all we can't live forever.. LOL
