When is the economy not "uncertain"?
Democrats are ALWAYS wrong on business and the economy. Period. They have no ideas that will help people in the long run. None.
The only Democrat business owners I know are those who didn't have to work to get where they are...they inherited it, or they got lucky. The .com boom made a lot of easy millionaires who feel guilty about their wealth. Now, they're liberals.
