Never would have done it if he did not get caught. Has the IRS passed on any investigation for back taxes due? The political class stays protected again.

It's not the credibility of the evidence that's important Senator, but the seriousness of the allegation.

Wonder why Reid would do this. The MSM have given this no coverage. By doing this he now opens himself up to another press cycle.

What's with the incredibly biased headline? What is this source? Is this some sort of Democratic campaign publication? Honestly, if this is supposedly some legit. newspaper with a headline like that, then we need to give up on any and all pretense of having a free media in this country.
By the way Harry, even as you hypocritically talk of "cover ups," Foley who did nothing more than dirty talk is gone while you who took dirty money and then tried to conceal it is STILL IN THE SENATE! So shut up DemoCrite!

Reid is the Senate Majority Leader, not the House Majority Leader. Murtha is up for Majority Leader of the House.

I remember back when Clinton got dinged on some taxes he owed (right in the middle of his push to raise taxes on everyone else). Something about taking deductions on used underwear or something (oh, yuck). So he amended his returns and paid the back taxes and the media basically gave him a pass and buried that story. If it were anyone else (especially a Republican), they would have buried that person, not the story. My guess is the lamestream press gives Harry a pass on this one. After all, they've already installed him as Senate Majority Leader for the next Congress. Can't have any scandals swirling around him then.

This is a Democrat. They can kill people and get away with it ala Fat Teddy from Mass. Every report of the Reid scandal fails to mention the mob ties with his partner in the land deal. MSM is looking the other way to save one of their liberal darlings.

Hey Harry you had the opportunity to tell the AP the "facts" so they got the story correct, however
YOU HUNG UP ON THE REPORTER writing / investigating the story!
Now you suddenly want us to believe that you are an angel in all this and it's just some vast right wing conspiracy to smear you, give me a FREAKING BREAK!
