2004 plan that was fully funded that was scrapped, the
lawsuit came later after the toll plan was introduced and in fact, actually mentions the toll plan. I drive through there every day and they were already working on the preparation for the toll lanes when the lawsuit was introduced, poles were being set. And those of you who insist we won't have to drive on the toll lanes need to take a look at the TXDoT
presentation which says Free Alternatives Mean Reduced Revenues and to Avoid Frontage Roads or Use Discontinuous Frontage Roads. Pardon the pun, but you might want to get "up to speed" on what is being rammed down our throats.
