Unsure if this CNS can be trusted as it appears to be only a left-wing blog--somebody sitting at a desk being given stories from mythical "new sources" with made-up names.

I think not . . . although its accuracy has been rightfully questioned a few times. They tend to jump the gun without thoroughly checking their sources from time to time.
