The haters were counting on a serious hurricane to disrupt oil supplies long enough to keep the prices HIGH all the way to election day. ......... Fortunately, we had a bit of help from Mother Nature. 'Karl Rove's Evil Weather Machine' directed all hurricanes away this year to help keep the price of gas down before the election for the benefit of the administration.
