Prosecutors, arguing that Ms. Stewart repeatedly flouted the law to aid the violent designs of an imprisoned terrorist client, have asked Judge John G. Koeltl to condemn her to 30 years in prison.
That would be a life sentence for Ms. Stewart, who turned 67 last week.
Naaaah, she'd get out when she was 97.

From the tone of her comments she seems to want to elict sympathy. The Judge should throw the book at her. She had plenty of experience and knew better.
When I read this line, a scene from a Hellraiser movie popped into my head for some reason. The one where the demon chick is hanging out with the French guy and he tells her she can't go to America...well...he stood in Hell's way. This broad will be there soon!
Unfortunately, there was/is just such a continuum. More unfortunately for her, Ms. Stewart decided to make herself part of it.

I hope this sends a message to the NY Times ... and hope they are the next batch of traitors on trial.
