But if vaccinations actually gave immunity - then why would people already vaccinated need more - and why wouldn't it work for people already vaccinated?

Vaccinations are not 100% effective for everyone. Also, some people cannot be vaccinated due to allergies. If the vast majority of the population is vaccinated, these people will be just fine.

True and no vaccine is without some risk. The parent or patient if an adult should have the final say. Flu shots for example can cause Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

Guillain-Barré can put a person in a wheel chair for life in some cases. I take flu shots due to Asthma but my wife who had Polio at some point in her childhood does not nor does any doctor push it for her.

I also knew a family with 9 kids that came down with Whooping Cough. All survived it. I know two sisters who have MD like disorders their doctors suspect was caused by their childhood vaccines. You can bet there was serious consideration when one of them married and had kids as whether to get their vaccines or not.

I take allergy shots once a week. Even those have risk. Each time I must wait 20 minutes to leave the doctors office. So for persons to say vaccines are completely safe isn't quite accurate.

The Autism link to vaccines as well is still open to debate. Could too many vaccines given in too short a period actually cause the autoimmune system to turn against the body?

Doctors are rethinking a lot of their long held standards. For example antibacterial soap. I don't allow it in my home. It's simply a way to make your family sicker and viruses and bacteria stronger. If I handle something I suspect may has strong bacteria I use 91% alcohol on my hands instead or disposable gloves.

I think most diseases which we nearly wiped out are returning due to our far too liberal immigration policies and especially illegal aliens many who know they are sick and come here anyway. For example TB was all but wiped out in the United States. Yet a stronger form of it is showing up. There are two likely causes. One comes for the AIDS epidemic another from illegals who refuse to take the proper TB treatment as prescribed and allow it to mutate into stronger forms.
