We already have a "Gore Tax" on each and every business phone bill to supposedly provide internet service to remote rural areas kinda like the old Rural Electrification Agency set up in the olden days. I don't think it's really happening yet, however.
With Gore advertising for this and Clinton making a speech on it's behalf... What more would you or anyone else have to think over on this ridiculously extreme measure?
I've pretty much decided to vote against all the measures except 85 and 90. Am I makin any mistakes?

What more would you or anyone else have to think over on this ridiculously extreme measure? Nothing more. I just found the post informative as it highlighted some of the newer ways these initiatives are being used to prohibit any future correction in the law and further screw the taxpayer. They are refining the process; I'm sure we'll be seeing more of it.
