An aside, on one of the cached House Page sites that was linked here last week, one of the pages referred to Loraditch as "Malcovich" in a way that made it appear to be a nickname for the guy (no one else posted "who's that?" so they seemed to know who was being referenced). Now that could be just trivial nickname because of the "ich" ending on both names..... BUT if it is meant to call to mind the "Valmont" character portrayed by Malcovich in "Dangerous Liasons" well that guy was a vicious sexual predator who didn't hesitate to lie, cheat, blackmail, ruin lives etc. Don't know whether the House Pages were thinking of Loraditch in THAT light but it would be interesting to know more about what was going on with the House Pages as it relates to the Foley scandal......
Would't be a bit surprised to hear that a bunch of pages would reference a character in a movie...use the name as a "code name" type thing.
It sounds down right clever and feasible...IMHO>
great thinking.
I seriously doubt it is a coincidence. Kids pick up on things.

Exactly and that is why I was so upset last week. My last call to the FBI in Texas(before the snail mail was sent) I was literally in tears and the woman told me to calm down and get the stuff sent in a letter...lol.
AS an aside I found this curious press report from a gay paper this morning:

ACTION! ALERT
Foley blame game (Gay)
Watchdog group accuses media outlets of bias in coverage

A PROGRESSIVE MEDIA WATCHDOG group is alleging conservative news organizations are spinning the congressional page instant message scandal surrounding gay former U.S. Rep. Mark Foley to direct blame away from the GOP congressman and the Republican Party.
The blame game is in full swing, said David Brock, Media Matters for America president and CEO, in a prepared statement. Conservatives in the media are going out of their way to place blame on every boogie man they can think of.
Foley resigned his post Sept. 29 after ABC News reported he exchanged sexually explicit instant messages with an underage male congressional page.
MEDIA MATTERS SAID THE MOST glaring reports that lay blame on others come from TV and radio talk-show hosts Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Michelle Malkin, who have all claimed that Democrats somehow orchestrated the scandal.
(snip)
Looks like they are going into serious CYA mode to me.
