Sounds to me like the "boys" were going a TAD TOO FAST to incur THESE kinds of injuries:
James Campbell, who was driving behind the girls, said he swerved to avoid the bra and his car flipped several times.
Campbell, 37, broke a vertebra in his neck during the accident on Sept. 26. His passenger, Jeff Long, 40, broke several ribs.
Did they get a ticket for driving too fast? Skid marks will tell you just how fast they were driving. Surely a flying bra would not cause someone to lose control of their car like this.

He probably was looking at the bra and drove off the edge of the pavement. Then he jerked the wheel to drive back onto the pavement and flipped the car. Easy thing to do and you don't need to be speeding.

My vote is they were speeding trying to catch up with the half naked girls.

My guess is she flashed him and he broke his neck trying to get a better look.

"Surely a flying bra would not cause someone to lose control of their car like this." Depends on what they were driving. It really doesn't take much to make a suv or mini-suvs' flip and tumble down the road at highway speeds.

I found more information (
Toledo Blade). Other witnesses saw girls flashing vehicles from their Mercury Sable. The bra was RED. The injured men were in a Dodge Neon and one was not wearing a seatbelt and got ejected from the car. It was on a highway so I'd assume the time to react was extremely short.
