I intend to first turn her into a libertarian, and then bring her completely to the Dark Side.

ROFLOL ... My wife voted for Clinton in 92 when she was in college. Now, she's been county chair for a Republican senate campaign and was secretary for the county GOP. She organized a support the troops rally that drew more than 200 people the weekend before we went into Iraq, and she was part of the Team GOP or whatever it was, getting people registered to vote at a NASCAR event.

First I turned her into a libertarian, and then brought her completely to the Dark Side (although we're still both very libertarian, just not Libertarian).

Get your girl friend pregnant ... having kids speeds up the process!

Same here! I find that libertarianism is a very fertile avenue by which you can turn many liberals (the fairly rational ones, and the ones who like alot of sex and maybe even drugs), into Conservatives.
