I saw a segment on the local politics's in the Buffalo area on TV yesterday when I was doing some ironing. Think it was on CNBC but it could have been on FOX, didn't catch the whole story just sounded like everything was in an upheaval. Sorry I don't have more details.
Yes... A very cold air front moved over the warm water of lake erie, first fog, then rain and then the biggest snowflakes you ever saw.
It came down for 12 hours in some places, so wet, so heavy landed on trees that were still full of leaves. They were breaking like toothpics.
