Unlike Iran, Korea has very little in the way of an economy. REAL economic sanctions, and no ability to sell weapons, would cause that place to fall apart like a cheap suit. The real problem is verification, and how much we can trust China and Russia. Also, if the government collapse, what takes its place. I say reunification with South Korea is the only good solution if it is possible.
